As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to identify paradigm shifts and position our portfolio for exponential growth. You'll pioneer methodologies for long-term scenario planning while maintaining a pulse on breakthrough technologies from quantum computing to biotech convergence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario planning models for board-level decision making
- Partner with product development teams to integrate future-proofing principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend prediction and strategic implementation
