Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning for quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build and lead a dedicated Future Strategy Lab with 5-7 specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published author or speaker on technology ethics and societal impact
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and external stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 future-impactful initiatives launched
