Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align research initiatives with future human needs
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Identify disruptive opportunities across climate tech, space exploration, and digital infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with future-planning focus
- Deep expertise in technological convergence and societal trend analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling expertise
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging technologies
- Experience with Delphi method, horizon scanning, and cross-impact matrices
