Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop quantitative/qualitative frameworks for trend analysis and strategic foresight
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and strategic pivots
- Launch pilot ventures validating future market opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience with emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
