Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic trends, and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product development and business planning
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Quantify future risks and opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic initiatives implemented with measurable future impact
