Responsibilities
- Analyze global macroeconomic indicators, technological breakthroughs, and behavioral patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite clients, quantifying risks/opportunities in emerging markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategic initiatives
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefs synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Mentor junior analysts in advanced trend-mapping methodologies and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, R) and AI-driven forecasting platforms
- Demonstrated success publishing foresight research in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
