- Identify disruptive technologies and evaluate their strategic implications
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused initiatives
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend reports
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech futures preferred
