Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact executive briefings and trend disruption reports
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
