Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and trend analysis
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation innovation pipelines
- Monitor global signals (geo-political, tech, climate) and assess strategic implications
- Drive cross-functional adoption of future-ready organizational design principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategy implementations
