Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
