Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, societal, and economic trends impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Conduct deep-dive research on AI evolution, climate adaptation, and human-machine collaboration paradigms
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Design and implement innovation sprints translating foresight into actionable business opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Horizon Dynamics as the future-preparedness authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation strategy, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution) preferred
