As a thought leader in our Future Dynamics division, you'll develop predictive models, scenario-planning frameworks, and innovation roadmaps that position organizations at the forefront of 2026's technological landscape. Collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to translate complex data into actionable strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their impact on 2026 business landscapes
- Develop predictive scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to identify 2026-relevant breakthrough innovations
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with 500+ trend indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF) strongly preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend impact assessment
