Responsibilities

- Develop quantitative foresight models integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence scenarios
- Design strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change in post-2025 markets
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for UN Sustainable Development Goal acceleration
- Chair cross-functional 'Future Councils' with experts from MIT, Oxford, and Tsinghua University
- Architect '2026 Impact Portfolios' guiding $500M+ venture investments in emerging paradigms
- Host global innovation summits broadcasting to 50K+ stakeholders across 120 countries
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems (with 8+ years applied foresight experience)
- Proven track record publishing in Future Studies Journal or equivalent tier-1 foresight publications
- Mastery of strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology domains (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro-interfaces)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on 10+ year strategic transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ implemented future-proofing strategies generating >$1B ROI
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic required for global stakeholder engagement
