Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models for market disruption and adaptation strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with predictive analytics and visualizations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate hypotheses
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against innovation targets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
