- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging technology adoption
- Produce thought leadership content on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage horizon scanning ecosystem (academia, startups, think tanks)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or futurist analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting impact (published research or patents)
- Expertise in exponential technologies and behavioral economics
- Proven ability to influence executive decision-making with data-driven narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
