Responsibilities

- Produce actionable whitepapers and scenario-planning models
- Champion innovation through cross-disciplinary workshops and hackathons
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and their impact on future markets
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market opportunities
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology ethics
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
