- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with global thought leaders and research institutions
- Translate complex futuristic concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Design and implement agile strategic planning processes for rapid adaptation
- Oversee ethical risk assessment of emerging technologies and business models
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and innovation methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven track record of developing actionable future strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive teams
- Advanced degree in Strategic Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or published industry foresight work
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
