Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for alternative futures and systemic disruptions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Task Forces' to accelerate strategic adaptation
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting long-term strategy
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data synthesis and predictive modeling capabilities
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in future trends or strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning and trend analysis projects
