Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business operations
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive opportunities
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Advose executive team on long-term strategic pivots
- Partner with R&D to incubate 2026-viable innovations
- Represent company at global futurism symposiums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in technology trend analysis or strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of delivering scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
