Responsibilities

- Deliver keynote insights at industry summits and publish thought leadership on emerging trends
- Design and execute cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption and market disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven analytics tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision projects implemented at scale
