Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks for future business ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with actionable recommendations
- Identify and assess disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight implementation success
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
