Responsibilities

- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term innovation landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with clear implementation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports with measurable industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and futures research frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFIF, CFMP) preferred
