Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent Horizon at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and sustainable futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in futurist methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or strategic foresight work
