Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, biotech, and AI trajectories
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS or similar) preferred
