- Analyze exponential tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) to map 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating post-2025 disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing input from physicists, sociologists, and AI researchers
- Produce foresight reports translating complex data into executive decision-support tools
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating ethical considerations and sustainable development goals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions addressing 2026 workforce and societal challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into stakeholder narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published foresight frameworks or trend analyses
