Responsibilities
- Develop and validate 2026 technology adoption scenarios using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces in AI, biotechnology, and climate resilience
- Produce strategic white papers on future-proofing enterprises for 2026+ market conditions
- Advise C-suite executives on emerging risks and opportunities in the 2026 innovation horizon
- Design simulation frameworks for testing 2026 societal and technological scenarios
- Partner with academic institutions to forecast long-term economic and labor market shifts
- Represent the company at global future-focused forums (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of publishing thought leadership on future technologies
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future scenarios to stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
