Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026's industrial landscape
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI, biotech convergence, and space commercialization
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and ESG compliance requirements
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption curves (e.g., blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Expertise in scenario modeling and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks and emerging tech regulations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar institution)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
