Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive analytics and AI modeling
- Advocate for ethical innovation principles in high-stakes decision-making
- Author white papers on emerging paradigm shifts for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward strategies
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Gartner)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation management
- Experience with biotech/AI/quantum convergence ecosystems
