- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders across global markets
- Identify and prioritize emerging trends disrupting our core industries
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business initiatives and KPIs
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with Fortune 500 partners
- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into business impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their industry applications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
