- Lead innovation sprints exploring quantum applications, neuro-technology integration, and climate adaptation strategies
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., AI ethics toolkits, carbon-neutral tech ecosystems)
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Drive organizational adoption of agile futurism methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI governance)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale future-vision initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published work in futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
