- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Secure $500K+ annual innovation grants through compelling future-vision proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on technology's societal impact post-2025
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational future-vision projects
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategic pivots
