Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for technological and societal shifts through 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' on disruptive technologies and market inflection points
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on 2026-focused research initiatives
- Design and implement innovation sprints for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global futurist summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futures research
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures studies journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio of executed projects with 2026+ impact horizons
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Fluency in trend mapping and scenario planning methodologies
