- Coordinate cross-functional R&D initiatives with global research partners
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and geopolitical impacts on future tech adoption
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for tech companies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (GenAI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and marketing
- Exceptional data analysis and market research capabilities
