- Produce white papers and executive briefings on future-of-work and industry disruption trends
- Partner with R&D teams to validate foresight hypotheses through prototype testing
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive startups and paradigm shifts
- Present findings to executive stakeholders using data visualization and compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech impact assessment
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Polymath, R for scenario modeling)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and executive communication
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation topics
- Global network of futurists and academic researchers in relevant domains
