Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Strategic Horizon Reports identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 5+ year business continuity and growth
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation leadership
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE/HBR/Fast Company)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACIF) preferred
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
