- Present futures scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author Horizon's annual 'State of 2026' industry forecast
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with 10,000+ trend indicators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures scenarios adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Certification from Association of Professional Futurists (APF) preferred
- Experience influencing C-level strategy with data-backed futures analysis
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
