Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify market opportunities and risks using predictive analytics and machine learning models
- Drive innovation sprints focused on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, patents)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies required
