- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking frameworks and trend analysis
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Published research or thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
