Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web4.0) to identify 2026-relevant opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework with 3-year predictive models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026 industry disruptions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting 2026 market landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
