Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology/societal trend forecasts using advanced scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum integration readiness
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought partners and academic collaborators
- Architect our organizational '2026 Resilience Blueprint' including talent evolution and infrastructure adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, bioconvergence) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
