Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, policy, and social domains to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, backcasting, and impact assessments
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create solutions for 2026+ challenges
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, executive briefings, and public presentations
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and futures research techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
