Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Architect future-proof business models and ecosystem frameworks
- Facilitate C-suite workshops on long-term scenario planning
- Produce forward-looking thought leadership and white papers
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive threats
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and exponential change
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
