Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends and disruptive forces through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market entry and competitive positioning
- Produce white papers and strategic briefs for C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing technologies and business models
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Quantify economic and social impact of proposed 2026 initiatives using advanced modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or disruptive innovation
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in virtual and hybrid environments

- Fluency in futures methodologies and ability to communicate complex concepts simply
