Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Create data-driven forecasts for consumer behavior shifts across 5+ industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments for 2026 product launches
- Produce executive-level strategic briefings and roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to augment foresight capabilities
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and regulatory factors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Demonstrated experience translating complex insights into executable business strategies
- Strong portfolio showcasing future-focused projects or published thought leadership
- Ability to synthesize diverse data sources (tech, social, economic, environmental)
