As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll spearhead horizon scanning initiatives, develop predictive models, and translate foresight into actionable roadmaps. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future intelligence across product development, market entry, and innovation pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain predictive models for market evolution and consumer behavior
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating emerging trends into corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product development
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish industry partnerships with futurist think tanks and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author in futures/strategy publications or journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
