Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Strong network within technology and futurist communities
- Experience facilitating cross-functional scenario planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
