- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 5-10 year horizon
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Build quantitative forecasting models using proprietary data ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on disruptive market shifts
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation for paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with forecasting tools (e.g., Cassandra, Delphi)
- Published work on emerging technology or societal transformation
- Experience building scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
