As the architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify paradigm shifts, develop scenario-based strategic plans, and lead cross-functional initiatives that transform industries. You'll be the compass guiding our organization through technological, societal, and economic transformations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board members
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author annual Horizon Report on disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic evolution progress
- Present future outlooks to investors and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
