Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026

- Produce trend reports and white papers for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present insights at international conferences and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Published author in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Fluency in data analysis (Python, R) and qualitative research methods
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend prediction or innovation impact
