Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces shaping 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and maintain a strategic foresight dashboard using predictive analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Author thought leadership content positioning the organization as a future-shaper
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
